About
I’m a Los Angeles–based director, playwright, actor, and storyteller interested in the intersection of theatre, identity, and social change.
I’m drawn to stories that question the power structures we inherit - especially around gender, patriarchy, and the wrongs in the world around me that I aim to write (get it?) - and I like approaching taboo subjects through heightened worlds and unexpected theatricality. My original work includes Space Camp!, a feminist satirical dramedy about the hypersexualization of young women, and The You of It All, a coming-of-age play about substance abuse and the power of art in shaping identity.
As a director, I’m equally interested in what happens offstage. I want rehearsal rooms to be collaborative, respectful spaces where actors feel safe taking creative risks and invested in the work we build together.
Whether I’m writing, directing, or performing, I’m most excited by theatre that gets an audience thinking - and maybe questioning something they hadn’t guestioned before.
